January 30: Holiday Recovery Party, "CANCELED" BMW Performance Center, 2010 Holiday Recovery, "Driving and Dinner" event. We will have four driving events consisting of two wet/dry events, laps in M3's, and a timed event. Scott Hughes will speak to our group about club racing and his wonderful collection of vintage race cars. We will have pictures and films from various events available for viewing. We also have door prizes. The event starts at 2:00 in the afternoon, price per person is $95, and registration will be held to 70 people. This amount includes dinner, all four driving events and all the fun. For non-drivers, dinner is available for $20 per person which covers our cost. Registration for our Driving & Dinner event at the BMW Performance Center will open on Monday, January 4th at 7pm. This process is managed completely by motorsportreg.com.

March 27: Aiken Area Club Drive: Plan to start with breakfast at Auten’s for anyone interested. We’ll leave Auten’s http://www.autensofaiken.com/ at 9am, have a 30 minute rest in Edgefield http://www.edgefieldsc.net/ and arrive in Abbeville around 12:30. We’ll spend 3 hours in Abbeville for lunch, tours & fun. Depending on how many people show up, we’ll either eat at Dutch Oven http://www.dutchovenrestaurant.com/ or folks can choose their own place. The Burt-Stark http://www.burt-stark.com/ historical home should be open for tours and the slot car track (SLOTS OF FUN - 117 Trinity St, 1/24 Scale Tracks: 135-ft, 8-lane, Ogilvie 'Grandstand' and a 100-ft, 8-Lane Hasse-Nilssen 'Tri-Oval') should be operating.
